You can specify your home or work address where you would like to receive the goods you have ordered. If you wish to receive the goods at your place of work, please indicate the opening hours in the additional information box.
The shipping cost will be automatically added to your checkout page.

You can pick up your goods at the office I - V 9:00 - 18:00, but it is necessary to agree on the exact pick-up time. We will have the goods ready within 1-2 working days. Once you have received confirmation that your order is ready, you can collect it from our office.

RETURN OF GOODS
Goods purchased at Eldancosmetics.net can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The Seller may refuse to accept the goods if the conditions for their return are not met or the goods are not returned and exchanged in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Only goods that meet these conditions can be returned:
- The product must be in its original packaging, with the outer foil intact.
- The product must be undamaged and unused.
- The quantity of the product must be the same as the quantity indicated on the packaging.
- The returned product must be in good condition (no folded packaging, peeling stickers, etc.)
To return an item, please contact us by email [email protected], specifying the order number, the goods to be returned and the reasons for the return.
If the goods are returned without the fault of the Seller, the Buyer shall bear the cost of returning the goods or, if the goods are returned after the Seller has ordered a courier to collect the goods, the cost incurred by the Seller in ordering the courier service will be deducted from the amount of the return.
